Pricing

  • $50 Standard Booth Fee
  • $25 Non-Profit Booth Fee

Each booth space includes a 10’ x 10’ canopy, a 6’ table with two chairs. All other items must be provided by your company. All registration forms must be received by Wednesday, April 9, 2025.

SPACE IS LIMITED. ALL APPLICATIONS SUBJECT TO APPROVAL.

Due to the popularity of the event and limited space, we will contact you via email within 2 to 3 business days to let you know if you have been selected. Approved vendors will receive an email with a payment link to finalize their registration.

The proceeds will benefit Southwest Healthcare Auxiliary, a non-profit organization providing scholarships for graduating high school seniors who plan to pursue higher education in the medical field. Your investment in our community’s youth is greatly appreciated!
